Returns & Refunds

Our goal is to ensure the OZYR6™ Essential Protocol supports your journey perfectly. Because our products are health supplements, we have specific safety guidelines for returns:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, the supplement bottle must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the outer or inner safety seal has been broken or tampered with.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@ozyr6.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the bottle is cracked, the seal is broken, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@ozyr6.com so we can ship a replacement out to you right away.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
